Back in March, we hosted a rather successful projecteducate week on poetry forms. Off the back of this, we didn’t want to leave prose writers out and with this in mind; we have actually booked another PE Week! This time the theme is “Story Planning”.
From the week beginning June 10th, we will be would like to invite members of the community to come and write informative/education articles to contribute to this week.
You can write articles:
- About specific elements of story planning (with featured examples)
- "How to" guides.
- Interviews with dA writers who focus on story writing
- Art features
- Famous story writers
- Workshops/ Prompts/ contests based on story planning
We are not looking at short form prose at the moment, so we do not require articles on that, nor about publishing. This is about the elements that you need to plan and create a story more than the full finished product.
If you are interested in writing an article, please drop a note entitled "PE Week" to #CRLiterature with an outline of what you intend to write. We are planning this in advance; giving you the chance for you to draft an article- which we are more than happy (and insist to save any hiccups!) to review prior to the PE week! We will also arrange a day for you to submit your article and provide all information on how to submit on behalf of #projecteducate
We do some wonderful work here in the literature community and would love to continue the success of our past events with another great one!
Thank you!
